Went to get a monthly planner, there was an assortment that were on sale. Other gift items on sale, great selection and display of new authors and new publications. No offers of help from the clerks on the floor. Friendly assistance at the check out.

Staff pleasant & courteous. Very helpful as well in directing me to books I asked about. Cashier Braden patient in getting my payment processed. Machine wouldn't take tap or swipe on chip card so finally did on insert with pin. Nice store. Would shop there again!

The store is impecably clean and tidy. Not to mention that the store is really nicely designed, I have been in alot of Indigos. This one feels homey even though it is a large location. I cannot wait to stop by for a visit again when I am back in town. This may be a bit of a unique angle but I am author of a guided journal called Courage to Change. They let me come in to do an author signing event and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. They even recommended places to eat while I was in town. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

It's a good store for a variety of unusual, quality home products.....and lots of books. It's higher end so be prepared for that.

They have rows and rows of manga but absolutely nothing for classics and the philosophy section is small.

So I went to this store to get a book club book on Boxing Day. It wasn't crazy, no massive lines and plenty of staff to help with questions. A good experience. But then it got better! The gentleman who took my money explained to me what the Heather's Picks stickers meant and I was delighted. Apparently if you buy a Heather's Picks book you can return it for a refund AT ANY TIME EVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT AND IN ANY CONDITION!!! I DID NOT KNOW THIS!!! Anyway, I was impressed and might buy more books from Indigo going forward.
